Marker Buoy Dive Club is one of the most active dive clubs in the Pacific Northwest. We currently have over 270 members and conduct about 150 local dives a year. Most dives around Puget Sound are shore dives. We also arrange local dive boat charters and some international trips. Our membership ranges from those with who are newly certified to those with thousands of dives under their belt.

If you have just become certified, we welcome you! We will get you in the water with a great dive buddy. If you are a more advanced diver, we’ve got you covered too. Our membership includes divers with a wide range of interests, skills, and experiences including underwater photography, technical diving, marine sciences, and much more. The club also offers many opportunities for socializing and information sharing. Our monthly meetings (conveniently held via Zoom) feature speakers on topics relating to scuba and marine life, as well as plenty of time for chatting with other members.

We host several social events each year including a summer picnic, an autumn dive/social, holiday party, and underwater pumpkin carving contest.
